I have had other pest control out in the past , but this was by the far the best. I would highly recommend NBC . Craig Ellis was so thorough and identified the problem area very quickly . No one before had ever moved anything or dared to inspect in such detail. The problem was resolved pretty quickly , so no need for endless visits as with previous companies . Excellent work . Phil Holmes came out to us only 24 hours after I called. Kept me updated on eta which was helpful. He was polite, knowledgable and professional and so far seems to have sorted the issue. He's back to re-inspect in 10 days but he reassuringly said that if I needed to bring that appointment forward I could just call him to do that. Very flexible and helpful service. Your operative Craig Ellis attended our property and carried out a thorough investigation to rid us of rats in the loft. He offered us sound advice on how to stop rats entering our loft, which we followed. Fingers crossed we havnt heard any others. We had a follow up inspection today and after discussion with Craig there was nothing more we could do, but should we have a reoccurrence please do not hesitate to contact you again. Honestly the best and most professional company for anything pest related. We tried others before but none can come close to the spectrum of services and level of quality provided.
