Well what can I say macbrook gas fitted......the worst air source heating system on earth doesn't work what so ever the bloody fitters was telling me yea the radiators won't feel hot but will heat the house to me not hot radiators mean cold house and oh look the house is freezing because the bloody radiators don't get warm and not only that they was clearly trying to save money on install( goverment scam/scheme) because the radiator the put in the BABYS room is about the size of a shoe box said it would be sufficient and it's not because as I said the radiators don't bloody work absolutely not good at their jobs fitters can't fit surveyors cane survay just will fir what ever to get the job done already been back once to replace the airsource pump that was so small wouldn't of heated a caravan let alone a 3bed house AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

The day after boxing day on a cold foggy day, Matt Collier came to fix my heating that had stopped working. He was very courteous and helpful and didn't leave until 7.00pm when he was sure my heating was ok again. I really appreciated his help and was very thankful to be warm again. Top marks for good service.

Absolutely horrendous service. Had to call them back on numerous occasions to sort out a botched instal of air heat source pump. Started with solar panel installation & abandoned the job without completing, then lie after lie from company with excuses as to why! Zero after service by company. These guys are absolute cons. They’re offering shoddy workmanship, sending out unskilled, “Jack-of-all-trades-but masters-of-none” workers to do the jobs & have no interest in the client! Stay well away from them.

They’ve been brilliant with our home improvements through the Eco4 Scheme. Very happy with Simon Warren especially as he’s been beyond helpful. Kept good communication and the installation was to a very good standard as well as in a timely manner!

Abysmal. Had nothing but issues since the beginning of our install, broken items, ladder left on scaffolding for a week giving anyone access to our roof, rubbish left on our front garden even after the people came to take it away etc. come to last night and we noticed a water leak on our boiler, water marks spreading through the ceiling and the artex crumbling. No out of hours contact, no information given from them prior on what to do in this situation or how to turn off the boiler, called 32 times since they opened, left two voicemails and sent an email asking for a call for some help and NOTHING. Ended up having to call a random person from my calls list that i had spoken to when they actually did the install. Hot water and heating off for god knows how long with a sick 5 month old at home. No communication and no clue. AVOID

Booked for a survey with company today. Didn’t turn up for appointment and apparently forgot to leave a message! Most unhelpful.

I have never seen my mother cry as much as she has at the behest of anyone, let alone a “professional” company.
What started as a central heating installation has resulted n the worst experience ever, one I would not wish upon anyone.
They lie and disrespect you at ever turn. The first visit resulted in me sharing a review on Trustpilot as the workmanship was abysmal. To be fair they came back and addressed various issues that were raised. However, in doing so, they have caused further damage to my mother’s bathroom. A bathroom she holds close to her heart as it was fitted by her late husband. It gets worse. My mother then returned from a weekend away to find her downstairs flooded due to negligent practices.
She was asked to get a quote for the damages, which is fair enough. I quoted it, as I am a professional home improvements company with 5star ratings on multiple platforms. Who better to put right the damages they have caused? She sent them the quote on WhatsApp, they read it and then nothing. So, I left another Trustpilot revie and low and behold. Bombarded with phone calls. Despite asking them to now communicate with myself, via email, they continued to try and contact my mother via WhatsApp and call myself. We both had to block them to direct them to use the email route in which we were clear in requesting.
I have spent most of my afternoon arguing with them. Every email they counter with sarcasm and unprofessionalism. They have agreed to pay for the damages, but I have requested payment upfront due to the continuous demonstrations of incompetence and lies. They are untrustworthy and I don’t wish to pay for and complete works that will leave me out of pocket. Works that I have had to prioritise over my clients which has impacted my business
I have provided them an invoice and my expectations. I am trying to avoid going through unnecessary legal action. However, the argumentative and consistent need for them to spar via email and prevent the process of rectifying their faults. I will now be looking to contact their local council and MP as this organisation as they are undeserving of taking taxpayers money to enter people’s homes and destroy multiple rooms.
As i type this. They have now confirmed they, instead of settling this reasonably, that they will do it through their insurance. They have done this out of spite as they are fully aware i will not be able to complete the work myself due to a conflict of interest

Jackie from Trefnant! Had a new boiler fitted and relocated into loft, which has released much needed kitchen space, we also had underfloor insulation, we are feeling the benefits already! The tradesmen were 1st class, polite, courteous & very professional and like Adam from Greenfield,from start to finish was faultless, well done, would highly recommend to anyone! Also big thank you to Louise, Dave & Chris

Just had a new boiler Worcester Greenstar 30i and underfloor, loft insulation fitted in Gorleston on sea, John and his team are very profession tradesmen clean friendly polite and get the job done 5 star service Thank you Macbrook Gas Ltd
