The survey was easy to book and the surveyor was punctual and polite. I had both a written and email report within 48 hours of the survey and thank goodness I did. It's quite possibly the best money iv ever spent as he picked up a huge fault with the insulation in the property along with a few other bits. When I phoned the office I was always spoken to politely and professionally. I would highly recommend this business.

Mr.Brown's survey stated that the property we were buying needed only " cosmetic repairs."After the purchase, we discovered that we needed to install a new damp course, repair several cracked walls, remove the ground floor and waterproof it, replacing the entire floor. We also had to demolish and rebuild a bay window , dig a soak away and install a non- existent drain. This has obviously cost us thousands of extra pounds. The cost of the survey was refunded.
